Welcome Back to School 2022/2023

 The First Day of School is Tuesday, August 9th.

 

We couldn’t be more excited for the start of the 2022/2023 school year and the opportunity to reunite with old friends and to come together as a school community. 

 

In order to prepare for the new school year, please complete the HV Back-to-School Forms before Monday, August 8th.

 

The Back to School Forms include:

 

1. Teacher & Staff Gift Donation

2. 5th Grade Yearbook

TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS

MONDAY, AUGUST 8, 2022

 

 

Teacher assignments will be posted to the parent portal through Aeries on Monday, August 8th. Below is the schedule for the rolling release of teacher assignments. In order for you to be able to access this information, you will need to have gone through the registration process on Reghub.org ahead of time, so please make sure you have done this.

 

Please log onto the Aeries Parent Portal at your assigned time to view your teacher assignments for the 2022/2023 school year. It is staged because we do not have a server capacity that allows all families to log on simultaneously.

 

  • TBD: TK, K, and 1st Grade families 
  • TBD: 2nd and 3rd Grade families 
  • TBD: 4th and 5th Grade families

 

 

 

 

TK/K WELCOME DAY & NEW FAMILY ORIENTATION 

MONDAY, AUGUST 8, 2022

 

 

Save the date for TK/K and New Family Orientation day:

 

  • 1 - 2pm: K Families - meet our K teachers at the front of the classrooms, do a quick walkthrough, and end at the back playground for a frozen treat and some play.
  • 2 - 3pm: TK Families - meet our TK teachers. More details to follow soon.  
  • 3 - 4pm: New Families - meet our New Family Liaisons at the front office turnaround where we will give you a short campus tour and answer any questions.
