Happy Valley Second Annual Family Culture Night!  

It’s not too late to sign up to join our beloved community Culture Night
on Thursday 10/16 at 5PM!
  

Details: 

• Event Time: Doors open at 5:00 PM (parking at Husky and Front will be open).

• Potluckers Dish Drop-Off: Arrive by 4:30 PM. Fill out dish description/allergen card (provided at tables). You can also bring any signage or extra info for your dish. 

• Portions: Bring as much or as little as you'd like to share! Please bring serving utensils. We’ll provide plates, forks, spoons, napkins, and extra drinks.

• Food Prep: Buy or Make it, but try to bring dishes pre-cut or easy and ready to serve in portions - kids/families will be self serving... 

• Crock Pots & Power: Limited power available — Please indicate in the sign up form or email hve.diverstiy@gmail.com and we will work with you.

• Performers: We will reach out to you separately to arrange for the performance. If you need music, bring a Bluetooth capable phone to pair with our speakers. We will have a microphone available.
  
  

• What to Expect:
• Scavenger Hunt:  Grab a scavenger hunt and start exploring. Complete to win a small prize!

• Art Space: We will have markers for children and adults to apply your creativity to our art wall!

• Food Sampling: Walk around and enjoy food from the community.

• Performances: Starting from 6:00 PM.

• Quiet Corner: Books to chill with. 
  
  

• Clean-Up: Please clean up after yourselves and if possible, help with table breakdown at the end.
  
  

• Volunteers: Helping hands: 3PM setup and 7PM break down helpers are welcome!
