December 2025 Time of Giving at HVE

This month we want to provide opportunities for our students and family to experience the joy of giving in a meaningful way to your family that will support our community and beyond! There are three December collection opportunities our students can donate to on campus this month:

World Wildlife Fund: In November on Election Day, Huskies voted to give to this charity in December. Huskies can earn money to donate and we will be doing a Re-Use Book Drive the week of December 8th where the proceeds will be donated to the World Wildlife Fund. Students can bring any funds they raise to their classrooms or to the main office by Friday, December 19th.
Toys for Tots: Our goal is to collect 100 unwrapped new toys to donate by Friday, December 19th. If each class donated 5 toys, we would get to our goal! They can be dropped off at the front office.
Contra Costa Food Bank: We are trying to collect 200 items before Friday, December 19th. Here is a list of the nonperishable items they most need. Please bring all donations to the front office.
