NEW FAMILY ORIENTATION 

RETURNING FAMILY INFO HOUR

MONDAY, AUGUST 12, 2023

• 10am-2pm*: On campus Parent Volunteer Live Scan Fingerprinting (by appointment). Sign up here
• 1-2pm: TK Family Orientation and Welcome
• 2-3pm: Kindergarten Family Orientation and Welcome
• 3-4pm: New Family Orientation - meet our New Family Liaisons at the front office turnaround where we will give you a short campus tour and answer any questions.
• 4-5pm: Returning Families - families are welcome to come to campus to practice walking to your Huskies’ new classroom(s) and visit the tables out front with information about LPIE, Husky House, and the Breakfast & Lunch Program. This is a completely optional visit for families to take!

* To help with the Live Scan Fingerprint requirement for volunteers, we’ve arranged for a mobile Live Scan Fingerprint vendor to be available (by appointment only) at Husky day, Back to School Night and Back to School Husky Family Hangout.  Get more details and sign up here: Volunteer Requirement - Fingerprint Signup at HVE.

Welcome Back to School 2024-2025

The First Day of School is Tuesday, August 13th.

We couldn’t be more excited for the start of the 2024/2025 school year and the opportunity to reunite with old friends and to come together as a school community. 

In order to prepare for the new school year, please complete the HV Back-to-School Forms before Monday, August 12th.

The Back to School Forms include:

2. 5th Grade Yearbook
