Kindness Week

Kindness week is coming to HVE on February 20th - February 23rd.  And we need help as we spread kindess around HVE!  Please volunteer if you can, schedule of activities is below.

Kindness Week 2024 Schedule:

Tuesday, February 20th: Come to the playground to create kindness messages for businesses around Lafayette. (Diablo, LPIE, Batch and Brine, Safeway, Starbucks, etc)

Wednesday, February 21st: Team up with friends, make new friends with relay races and an obstacle course. Nothing is better than working together!

Thursday, February 22nd: Come to the playground to create a rock with a positive message to put somewhere at home.

Friday, February 23rd: Playground specific charity thanks to Create the Change!:  
     TK / K: Decorate lunch bags for the homeless
     1-3: Create a bookmark to help with literacy
     4-5: Create paracord bracelets for veterans and active duty military
